Shipping and Returns



Most of our products are ready-made and waiting for your order. In this case, packaging and shipping takes no more than 1-2 days. However, it may happen that we have to create your ordered products, then it can take to 1 week until we ship your order.



Delivery times are different depending on the shipment method and the country you are in. Average delivery times:

  • Poland - 1-3 working days

  • EU - 3-5 working days

  • rest of the World - 5-10 working days


In Poland, we use InPost services, due to their popularity, prices and the comfort of parcel collection.




  • paczkomat InPost - 12,99zł / 14,99zł

  • kurier InPost - 14,99zł / 16,49zł


In EU and rest of the world we use services of national post. Howeover, we only use tracked shipping to keep an eye on each parcel and make sure your order arrives safely.


  • EU - 50zł = 10€

  • rest of the World - 60zł = 15$

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
