Most of our products are ready-made and waiting for your order. In this case, packaging and shipping takes no more than 1-2 days. However, it may happen that we have to create your ordered products, then it can take to 1 week until we ship your order.
Delivery times are different depending on the shipment method and the country you are in.
Average delivery times:
- Poland - 1-3 working days
- EU - 3-5 working days
- rest of the World - 5-10 working days
In Poland, we use InPost services, due to their popularity, prices and the comfort of parcel collection.
Prices: - paczkomat InPost - 12,99zł / 13,99zł
- kurier InPost - 14,99zł / 16,49zł
In EU and rest of the world we use services of national post. Howeover, we only use tracked shipping to keep an eye on each parcel and make sure your order arrives safely.
Prices:
- EU - 50zł = 10€ - rest of the World - 60zł = 15$
If you want to make a refund or exchange products, contact us through the mail or contact form. Returns must be unused and have no signs of use. Return must be made within 14 days of receiving your items. When the products reach us, we will make a decision to refund or replace the products within 3-5 days. If you decide to refund, we will transfer the refunded amount back onto the payment used to place the order.
